This short documentary focusses on a small sustainable cafe in the town of Bingham, Nottinghamshire. The restaurant that opened just after Covid, works hard to make sure their food and products are ethically sourced and environmentally friendly. This documentary was filmed and edited by myself and Saphir Beaunol as part of our second year documentary module.
